Terms of Service
Effective July 28, 2026
These Terms govern access to Flight Command services, accounts, subscriptions, credits, downloadable data, AI-assisted features, and connected services. Flight Command is a reference and decision-support tool only. The pilot in command remains responsible for safe and legal operation of the aircraft.
Use of Services
You may use Flight Command only in accordance with applicable law, aviation regulations, aircraft limitations, these Terms, the End User License Agreement, and any subscription or payment requirements presented to you. Flight Command may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features as the service evolves.
In-Flight Network Use Policy
When the aircraft is airborne, or when Flight Command detects aircraft groundspeed greater than 50 knots, Flight Command may block or reject internet access unless the active connection appears to be true WiFi. Cellular, mobile hotspot, constrained, expensive, or similar non-WiFi connections are not permitted for Flight Command internet activity during those conditions.
You agree not to bypass, defeat, misrepresent, or interfere with this policy. Flight Command may suspend, terminate, remove, or refuse service to accounts that violate or attempt to evade this policy.
Accounts, Subscriptions, and Credits
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for all activity under your account. Subscription charges, credit purchases, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment processing are handled according to the terms presented at purchase and by the applicable payment provider.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Flight Command as a substitute for required pilot judgment, training, approved documents, official sources, or regulatory compliance.
- Submit false, misleading, unsafe, infringing, or unlawful content or data.
- Bypass safety controls, network restrictions, security protections, billing controls, or service limits.
- Copy, reverse engineer, overload, disrupt, or misuse Flight Command, its website, app, servers, APIs, or connected services.
- Use community, sharing, or account features to harass, impersonate, endanger, or mislead others.
Reference Only
Flight Command information may be delayed, incomplete, expired, unavailable, incorrectly interpreted, or different from current approved sources. You must verify all information that may affect safety, legality, aircraft performance, route selection, fuel planning, terrain clearance, obstacle clearance, runway selection, taxi, takeoff, landing, approach, departure, or any other flight decision.
Termination
Flight Command may suspend, terminate, remove, or refuse service to accounts that violate these Terms, violate the EULA, misuse the platform, create safety or security risk, fail to pay required fees, or if continued access is not commercially, legally, or operationally practical.
