Flight Command does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for advertising, marketing, or independent third-party use. The information you provide is used to enhance flight safety, operate Flight Command, and allow users to interact with other users on the platform.

Information We Collect

We may collect information you provide or generate while using Flight Command, including:

• Account information such as your name, email address, login method, and profile settings.
• Pilot and aircraft profile information such as home airport, qualifications, aircraft equipment, and aircraft performance data.
• Flight planning and operational information such as routes, airports, runways, procedures, weather selections, chart selections, flight mode, and safety calculations.
• Location, motion, simulator, and aircraft state data when needed to provide map, taxi, route, profile, approach, runway, traffic-pattern, and safety features.
• Platform interaction information such as challenge participation, shared events, messages, or other community features you choose to use.
• Billing and usage information such as subscription tier, credit purchases, credit usage, and payment status.
• Technical information such as device type, app version, diagnostics, crash information, network status, and data download status.

How We Use Information

We use information only for Flight Command purposes, including:

• Enhancing flight safety through planning, route awareness, weather awareness, terrain awareness, performance calculations, and cockpit assistance.
• Providing account login, saved settings, aircraft profiles, chart and data updates, subscriptions, credits, and support.
• Helping users interact with other users through Flight Command features such as events, challenges, training, or shared flight activities.
• Improving reliability, troubleshooting problems, preventing abuse, and protecting the security of the platform.
• Complying with legal obligations and enforcing applicable terms.

How We Share Information

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own advertising, marketing, or independent use. We may use limited service providers strictly to operate Flight Command, such as payment processing, authentication, hosting, analytics, safety-related AI features, email delivery, crash reporting, or customer support. These providers may process information only as needed to provide those services to Flight Command.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect users or the platform, to prevent fraud or abuse, or as part of a business transfer involving Flight Command, provided the receiving party remains bound to protect the information consistently with this policy.

Location and Flight Data

Flight Command may use location, simulator, aircraft, route, altitude, speed, runway, taxi, chart, and flight profile data to provide flight-related features. This information is used to support safety and operational awareness. It is not sold or provided to third parties for advertising or independent tracking.

User Interaction Features

If you participate in social, challenge, training, shared flight, or community features, information you choose to share may be visible to other users as needed for that feature. You should not share information in those features that you do not want other participating users to see.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide Flight Command, maintain safety and billing records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and improve the platform. We may retain de-identified or aggregated information that does not reasonably identify you.

Your Choices

You may update account and aircraft profile information in the app where those controls are available. You may contact us to request help accessing, correcting, or deleting account information, subject to safety, billing, security, legal, and operational recordkeeping needs.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect Flight Command data against unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.

Children

Flight Command is intended for pilots, student pilots, instructors, and aviation participants. It is not directed to children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as Flight Command evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice in the app or on the website.
