End User License Agreement

Effective July 28, 2026

Flight Command makes every reasonable effort to provide useful and valid aviation information, but all Flight Command data, calculations, guidance, alerts, charts, procedures, weather, terrain, aircraft performance, and AI-assisted information are provided for reference only. The pilot in command is always responsible for verifying the latest approved documents and sources and for the safe and legal operation of the aircraft.

Agreement to These Terms

This End User License Agreement governs your access to and use of Flight Command, including the iPad app, website, services, downloadable data, subscriptions, credits, AI-assisted features, and related content. By installing, accessing, or using Flight Command, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use Flight Command.

License

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and any applicable subscription or payment requirements, Flight Command grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Flight Command for your personal or authorized aviation planning, training, community, and operational awareness purposes. Flight Command is licensed, not sold.

Reference Only; Pilot in Command Responsibility

Flight Command is a decision-support and reference tool. It is not a substitute for the pilot in command, official sources, approved aeronautical charts, aircraft manuals, operating limitations, regulatory requirements, weather briefings, NOTAMs, ATC clearances, dispatch releases, company procedures, or any other source that is legally or operationally required for a flight.

You are solely responsible for confirming that you are using the latest approved and effective documents, databases, charts, procedures, weather products, aircraft performance data, and other sources before and during flight. You must independently verify all information that may affect safety, legality, aircraft performance, route selection, fuel planning, terrain clearance, obstacle clearance, runway selection, taxi operations, takeoff, landing, approach, departure, or any other flight decision.

No Guarantee of Accuracy or Availability

Flight Command may rely on third-party data, government data, user-provided information, device sensors, simulator data, network connectivity, downloaded chart packages, weather sources, AI models, and local processing. Information may be delayed, incomplete, expired, unavailable, corrupted, misread, incorrectly interpreted, or different from current approved sources. Flight Command makes every effort to improve the validity and usefulness of the information it provides, but does not guarantee that any information is complete, current, accurate, approved, or suitable for any specific flight.

Not an Aviation Authority or Certified System

Unless expressly stated in writing for a specific product or feature, Flight Command is not an FAA-approved or certified navigation, dispatch, charting, flight management, terrain warning, traffic warning, collision avoidance, performance, weight and balance, weather, or emergency system. You must not rely on Flight Command as the sole or primary source for flight-critical information.

User Data and User Responsibility

Some Flight Command features depend on information you enter, select, import, or approve, including pilot qualifications, aircraft profiles, aircraft equipment, fuel burn, performance data, route selections, runway selections, simulator settings, and chart or database downloads. You are responsible for ensuring that your information is accurate, current, complete, and appropriate for the aircraft and operation.

AI and Copilot Features

AI-assisted and voice features may produce incorrect, incomplete, delayed, or unsuitable responses. You agree not to treat AI-generated output as an instruction, clearance, legal interpretation, weather briefing, official source, or final authority. The pilot in command must evaluate and verify all AI-assisted output before using it in any aviation decision.

In-Flight Network Use Policy

When the aircraft is airborne, or when Flight Command detects aircraft groundspeed greater than 50 knots, Flight Command may block or reject internet access unless the active connection appears to be true WiFi. Cellular, mobile hotspot, constrained, expensive, or similar non-WiFi connections are not permitted for Flight Command internet activity during those conditions.

You agree not to bypass, defeat, misrepresent, or interfere with this policy. Flight Command may suspend, terminate, or remove accounts that violate or attempt to evade this policy.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Flight Command in a way that violates law, regulation, aircraft limitations, or operational requirements.
• Use Flight Command as a replacement for required training, judgment, approved documents, official sources, or regulatory compliance.
• Attempt to copy, reverse engineer, bypass security, overload, disrupt, or misuse Flight Command or its services.
• Submit false, misleading, unsafe, infringing, or unlawful content or data.
• Use community, event, or sharing features to harass, impersonate, endanger, or mislead other users.

Subscriptions, Credits, and Availability

Certain features may require a subscription, credit balance, internet connection, supported device, or current data download. Subscription charges, credit purchases, renewals, and cancellations are handled according to the terms presented at purchase and through the applicable payment provider. Features may be changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued as Flight Command evolves.

Intellectual Property

Flight Command, including its app, website, software, design, workflows, text, graphics, logos, databases, compilations, and services, is owned by Flight Command, QuextIT, or their licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from Flight Command except as permitted by this Agreement or applicable law.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flight Command is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, or uninterrupted operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flight Command, QuextIT, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or aviation-related damages arising from or related to use of Flight Command, including reliance on information, data errors, delayed data, unavailable services, device or network failures, or pilot decisions.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Flight Command if you violate this Agreement, misuse the platform, create safety or security risk, fail to pay required fees, or if continued access is not commercially, legally, or operationally practical. Upon termination, your license to use Flight Command ends.

Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement as Flight Command evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice in the app or on the website. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Agreement.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
